My Process

During my Master's program at ASU, I took on a fun and fast-paced challenge: create a module in Articulate Rise within just 25 minutes. The idea was to push the boundaries of what could be achieved in a short timeframe.

I dove right in and, to my delight, completed the project in just 20 minutes. The first 7 minutes were a whirlwind of plugging in all the provided copy and media into the templates. But I didn't stop there—I wanted my project to really pop. So, I spent the remaining time adding vibrant colors to signal new sections of learning and finding eye-catching images to make the headers stand out.

The end result? A dynamic, engaging module that I'm incredibly proud of. Articulate Rise proved to be a fantastic tool, blending speed with flexibility and allowing for a burst of creativity even under tight deadlines. This exercise not only showcased my ability to deliver high-quality work swiftly but also highlighted my love for making learning visually appealing and fun.

Overall, I'm thrilled with how it turned out and can't wait to create more with Articulate Rise!

Feedback from Faculty:

“Kenzie, I reviewed your Rise submission and must say that you did an outstanding job. Your use of Rise, a tool I enjoy and find useful, is impressive. I hope you had as much fun working with it as I did. Given the difficulties that instructional designers frequently face when implementing new tools, your work on this eLearning module is commendable. Excellent work!” - Angel Morgan
