EdDiscussion Roll Out

ASU had just acquired a new educational technology tool, EdDiscussion, and I was given the exciting task of creating a comprehensive resource suite, a dedicated webpage, and coordinating vendor demos. With my team already at capacity, I took the lead on this rollout single-handedly.

I started by identifying all the support resources the ASU community would need to effectively use this tool. This user-centered approach guided the creation of various resources tailored to meet their needs. I also used Adobe Premiere Rush to produce support videos catering to different levels of expertise.

Once the support resources were ready, I designed a webpage to ensure ASU community members could quickly and easily access all the information. You can explore all the resources and the webpage here.
